REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which aapka ARCHITECT (“we”, “our”, “us”) offers refunds and cancellations for purchases made through https://aapkaarchitect.com/. This policy is designed in accordance with India (Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

  1. SCOPE
    This policy applies to all customers purchasing products or services from aapka ARCHITECT under the Digital Products business model.
  2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
    Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
  3. ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS
    Refunds may be approved under the following circumstance:

    Refunds will not be provided for misuse, policy abuse, completed services, or circumstances explicitly excluded at the time of purchase.
  2. CANCELLATION POLICY
    Orders or subscriptions may be cancelled before processing or renewal. Once services are delivered or products shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
  3. REFUND METHOD
    Approved refunds will be processed via Original payment method.
  4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
    Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
    Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
  6. POLICY ABUSE
    We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of excessive or fraudulent refund requests.
  7. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
    aapka ARCHITECT reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
