This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which aapka ARCHITECT (“we”, “our”, “us”) offers refunds and cancellations for purchases made through https://aapkaarchitect.com/. This policy is designed in accordance with India (Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

This policy applies to all customers purchasing products or services from aapka ARCHITECT under the Digital Products business model. - REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction date, subject to the conditions outlined below. - ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstance:

- NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be provided for misuse, policy abuse, completed services, or circumstances explicitly excluded at the time of purchase. - CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders or subscriptions may be cancelled before processing or renewal. Once services are delivered or products shipped, cancellations may not be possible. - REFUND METHOD
